Virtual Classes

With many staying home, avoiding crowded places or sharing equipment at the gym, it's the perfect time to train at home. 
**All class times below are in EST (eastern standard time)**

November Schedule

Each class below is $5 and can be paid via Square or PayPal. If you prefer to be invoiced from Square, register for the class and you'll receive an invoice over email or you can PayPal to jessalynn.medairy45@gmail.com. 

Monday, November 16th, 5:30pm EST
AAA Workout
Mat - All Levels
This is a 30-minute whole body workout focusing on the Arms, Abs and A$$. Two yoga blocks and yoga mat are encouraged but not required. Some classes will utilize a small 5 or 10 lb weight, optionally.

Flexy Poletry
Pole - All Levels
A choreography designed Pole class to challenge your flexibility. Great for all levels of choreography and flexibility. Learn a short routine or combination connecting movements to open up your body from head to toe.

Friday, November 20th, 5:00pm EST
Deep Stretch/Bands & Blocks
Mat - All Levels
This class will utilize both resistance bands and blocks to increase resistance in each stretch. Active stretching is the most effective stretching and this class will be very active in each movement. This is a whole body burn to increase flexibility. All levels welcome. Yoga mat/yoga blocks/resistance bands are recommended to participate.
