If you've achieved your September Splits or have your splits but need the extra push to get more, than this is FOR YOU! This 3- week intensive will go beyond your splits with more aggressive mobility, resistance and active stretching.

You should have at least one split on either side of the body before committing to this oversplit intensive. There will be many alternatives to help you fine tune your practice. It is encouraged to have at least 2 yoga blocks for this intensive. Knee pads and yoga mat will also help with comfortability.

This is a comprehensive program and will give you homework but if you're ready for progress and want your splits, this is your chance:
1. Subscribe to YouTube Channel: Pole Pressure Texas or click HERE.
2. Take pictures of your current splits for 'Before' pictures and email them to Jessalynn at email@example.com. These pictures will be kept private and will be able to offer you helpful tips to assist in your individual progress. She'll also send your daily and weekly progressive homework to your email.
3. Watch on September 12th, 19th and 26th at 6:30pm EST. (if you miss a LIVE class, email Jessalynn for access to the archived video)
4. Take pictures of your splits after the last session on September 26th.
