Enjoy a FREE Pole workout posted each day from Monday, February 17th-Friday, February 21st. Jessalynn will warm you up, strength train, teach a couple of foundational moves and then will build a short routine. Each day a new section of the routine will be added on. After the 5 days, you'll be stronger, more comfortable on spin pole and you'll have a great routine to practice on your own.
Level of difficulty: Intermediate
(should be able to do an aerial invert)
What you need: a pole that can have both, static and spin modes. Knee pads. A yoga mat.
